This landing page was created for an employee referral program to incentivize employees to refer friends. The previous landing page wasn’t performing well and contained a lot of text which resulted in the form being pushed towards the bottom of the page.
The redesign incorporates the form directly into the banner in order to immediately engage users. The landing page is designed with mobile users in focus as it shrinks the banner illustration to give the form the same focus on mobile devices. The landing page also utilizes social icons to encourage users to share the page with their friends.
